Returns

We offer a general 30-day money-back guarantee (less the cost of shipping and handling), except for bottleless water coolers, large custom orders, products that have been used or damaged, and international orders. Up to 30% restocking fee can be assessed on products that have been in use and were returned within 30 days from date of purchase. An up to 30% restocking fee may be charged on any returned Bottleless Water Coolers (depending on condition of the units), Custom Products such as Large Whole House systems, or any other products that were returned not in "like new" condition.


No refunds are issued on products that were damaged during installation, or because of incorrect installation. No refunds are issued on Water Filter Replacement Cartridges that had contact with water.

In order to qualify for a Return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests must be accompanied by either your order number or full billing name. You can contact us to request RMA.  Please put "Return RMA Request" in email subject line.

No refunds are issued on products after 30 days.

 

Shipping Policy

FilterShopper of Creigh Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through any mail parcel service, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, Fedex, and/or any freight companies. FedEx, USPS and UPS Ground Deliveries to Home and Business addresses are sent NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means that FedEx and UPS will leave the package at your door, or in a convenient location if no one is present to receive the shipment. FilterShopper typically ships within 4 – 5 days after placement, but not later than 7 – 10 business days, with the exception of custom-designed products or commercial systems.Orders are typically shipped by Fedex and a Fedex tracking number will be sent to your E-mail so that you may track the delivery progress of your package.
